What's included:
  • Our Full Body MOT session to assess your posture, flexibility and strength which allows us to programme specifically around you.
  • 5 further Personal Training Sessions with a specialist instructor to guide you towards your goals
  • 20 Fitness or Pilates classes that are suitable for you to help supplement your personal training session and that work around your routine.
  • 2 Nutrition Consultations with Be Natural Nutrition (or 2 more personal Training sessions)
  • 2 Sports massage or 1 osteopathy session.
