Our Bootcamp at the beginning of the year was a great success so we have decided to launch a pop up program over summer!

Join us for 8 weeks of invigorating and fun sessions that aim to improve your strength, cardio fitness, promote weight loss and more energy. 
We also pride ourselves in delivering exercise that focuses on good form so that you get the most out of your workouts without injury.
You will be coached and motivated through the 8 weeks with a facebook group, home program ideas and a 21 day meal plan included to help you eat healthy and feel better

Friday 6:30pm
Tuesday 9:30am and Thursday 10:30am
