"I started classes with Kelly almost one year ago, with the 'Introduction to Pilates' course. I loved attending Bodyfit Solutions from the beginning. Kelly is incredibly knowledgeable both about Pilates, fitness and about teaching in a fun, safe, secure and non-judgemental way. Everything is explained in a clear and supportive manner and for me has resulted in week by week improvement and understanding. I started taking additional Core Fit and Body Tone classes with Stu and other instructors and have seen the benefits for my health, fitness and well-being. Classes are small so you get a lot of individual attention and frequent corrections if you haven't quite got the hang of a particular movement. More recently, following a back problem, I started taking one-to-one classes. I now wish I had done this from the beginning as it has given me a much greater understanding of how my body works, where my restrictions and limitations are, and what I need to do to overcome these. I can't rate Kelly and Stuart highly enough. Their expertise is second to none and for the results I have seen, its worth the investment both of time and money. Had I started with one-to-one's a year ago I feel I would have made even more significant progress over the last year"
