How do I start? 
1. Have a Free 30 minute consult over the phone or in person to discuss your goals, desires, and what has worked or not worked in the past.
2. Book 3 Professional Full Body MOT Sessions that include an initial assessment, a corrective exercise programme to be done at home, and a personalized preparation for our functional classes. This is the foundation for everything we do. Whether you continue with personal training, corrective tuition, or progress to our classes, our aim is to teach you to move your body in a more balanced and efficient way. £75 for 3 half hours or £135 for 3 hours 3. Book our
1 x 30 min personal training session + 2 daytime classes (each week) = £35
Enjoy 30 minutes of personal training tailored to your unique needs and 2 daytime classes of your choosing each week. Get the education on how to work most efficiently and then practice in your classes to get the best results. Home programs and nutritional advice offered. 4. Book a block of personal trianing if you are ready to go, have been doing fitness sessions for a while and need a new direction, focus or have a new goal in mind. £200/225 for 5 hours and £375/400 for 10 hours. Prices dependant on junior or senior trainers.
