We are the best facility in Oxfordshire for functional training and our specialists teach the most contemporary and up-to-date range of exercise classes. Our fitness classes are small (8-10 people), fun, varied, sweat inducing and effective, but they are also designed to encourage exercise without injury. With us you will train intelligently, and be active longer .
 

What we offer (in order of difficulty low to high): 

 

  • PURE STRETCH and YOGA = STRETCH AND LENGTHEN

All levels fitness are welcome to these classes that promote flexiblity, stress relief, toning and lengthening muscles and calming the body and mind.
 

  • L.I.F.T = LOW IMPACT FUNCTIONAL TRAINING 

​​Beginner fitness class that aims to improve fitness levels, flexibility, balance, core strength and better functional movement patterns. Perfect for those new to exercise or history of injury. 
 

Beginner/Intermediate fitness class that uses ballet and dance moves with abdominal training to tone and sculpt the legs, tums and bums. 
 

  • FUNC - FIT = STRENGTH AND FUNCTIONAL FITNESS TRAINING 

Beginner/Intermediate fitness class that aims to improve strength, co-ordination, agility, balance and good functional movement. Perfect for those who feel fitter and stronger.
 

  • TOTAL BODY BOOTCAMP = HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING 

Intermediate/Advanced fitness class that promotes strength and cardio endurance using circuits, HIIT workouts and weight training movements for amazing calorie burning , weight loss and improved fitness.  

  • BODY TRANSFORM and KETTLEBELLS= STRENGTH AND POWER!

​Intermediate/Advanced resistance-training workout that promotes high calorie burning and involves movement using KETTLEBELLS, VIPR, olympic weights and power moves for the entire body.

How do I start? 

1. Book 3 Professional Full Body MOT Sessions to functionally assess your movement, correct imbalances, and build technique to better prepare for our classes.
2.  Drop in for £10 to one of our Fitness classes on the timetable. This is if you have had suitable experience in fitness classes previously and have no injuries. 
3. Book a Functional Fitness Intro session to learn how to use our functional equipment and get coached on good technique. You can do this with a friend. £15 per person. 
4. Embark on a healthy lifestyle change with our  Personal Trainers and Nutrition Counsellor for long term success
5. Join our Functional Movement Programme to improve your fitness and overall health in a holistic way
6. Improve your overall fitness with our 8 Week Total Body Summer Bootcamp
